Triangle hazards that kill the player on contact. Current version adds the all-spike touchbox mode.
Spikes are 32×32 triangle hazards. The map's Spike Touchbox setting determines the kill zone. In the current version a seventh mode, all-spike, was added.

When enabled in Map Config, spikes only deal damage if the player is falling (downward velocity) at the moment of contact.
